Pros

Good benefits (unlimited pto, fully remote), pay is decent. Friendly, hard working people, tech environment.

Cons

Manager who believes in micromanaging and blaming instead of helping get rid of roadblocks. Trying to make procurement just another fp&a role. Constantly shifting priorities. Strategic plan that was created already showed there were not enough FTE's, yet they still add more work. In the last 2 years they've been many layoffs, lots of the knowledge and documentation is lost, making everyone else's job more difficult. There are too many products and verticals, and the respective exec's all want a different strategy, which leads to many different processes and vendors where it should be standardized dor the entire org. Org is not meeting target so no merit increases and reduced bonus. No budget to buy tech or add team members.

Pros

The only "pro" is leaving the company. It’s a relief once you're out of that environment.

Cons

Patheticcccc work culture — easily one of the most toxic environments I’ve ever encountered. Favoritism is blatant, office politics run deep, and blame-shifting is a survival tactic. Absolutely NOOOOOO job security — employees are fired suddenly and without any valid reason or notice. It feels like walking on eggshells every day. Immature and ego-driven management — feedback is not only unwelcome, but considered a personal insult. If you speak up, you’re targeted. Paralyzing micromanagement — even minor tasks are questioned repeatedly. There’s no trust, just constant surveillance and pressure. No processes, no planning, no accountability — chaos is the default. There’s no real leadership, just a hierarchy of fear and control. Zero regard for employee health — unrealistic expectations, no boundaries for work hours, and complete ignorance toward mental well-being.
