Pros

Supportive workplace with good training, responsive management, friendly workplace and flexibllity with times/hours, beyond mandatory meetings. Recruitment and onboarding process was friendly and responsive.

Cons

Hard to sell product, low brand awareness and push for market growth in USA without adequate testing for some new products in a competitive market. Partnerships are not very strong.

There are layoffs multiple times a year, so if you want a job long-term, look anywhere else but here. I wondered for the duration of my employment if I would be part of the next string of layoffs, which is an extremely common feeling at this company that prides themselves on "helping others succeed". But don't worry, they create plenty of offshore jobs where they can get away with paying someone a fraction of the salaries. I am so glad I got out of this organization to be in an environment that truly values me, and I would tell anyone considering accepting a job to proceed with caution.
