We have great flexibility in our days. Management is very vocal in making sure you are supported and making sure you take time for yourself.

Cons

Anything I would share as a "Con" would be completely nit picky on my part. Like every jobs there are things maybe I do not like but nothing that I would say is a detriment to my work environment.
