Pros
I have found nothing but career growth and opportunity since joining the Xplor world via acquisition in early 2020. The global and vertical teams that I work with are supportive and collaborative and surprisingly effective while managing large workloads across time zones.
Cons
As a "start up of corporations" Xplor is laying the groundwork for a values driven company in the future but as it is so large, those values have not been instilled deep through the organization. This will most definitely come along with time, effort and patience with all involved, but many of the product level employees have yet to feel that "love." My suggestion for potential employees: if you desire to help build a company the "right way," trust in the values of the Xplor leaders and step aboard to join us supercharge success.
