* 10% Time: Xplor has implemented a 10% growth time for all products. Engineers use it for learning new technologies, investing time in the codebase on cleanup/documentations, pursuing passion projects * Strong Engineering culture at the product level: Each product team has spent a lot of time contributing to a culture built on empathy and trust. * Unlimited PTO and strong benefits

Cons

* Growing Pains: Xplor is a lot of teams coming together. The last year has shown great improvements on communication and transparency from top to bottom, but we still have lessons to learn being a remote company built of many global product teams. * Adjusting to COVID: Many of the products built by Xplor are based in industries heavily affected by COVID. Learning to better support remote teams has come with some road bumps. We've come a long way, but there's still plenty to learn.
