      The mission of FieldEdge is solid.

      Cons

      It feels like management doesn't always listen to the concerns of the departments and just continues doing work as usual. We are ever evolving and must change our tactics to keep up with the industry and to keep talent. In addition, our employee onboarding needs a total re-haul. It also seems like it most folks are underpaid.
