We opened our India Talent Hub last year, as India is a great place to hire tech talent and we’re proud of our new team there, how they’re coming together, working with our global team and the great features and benefits they’re already adding to many of our products. Our global engineering team is helping us take our products into new regions, delivering more for our customers than ever before. We’re also proud of the broad mix of benefits we provide for our people and how we invest in the growth and personal development of our Xplorers. Over 80% of employees have activated their free LinkedIn Learning licence, so they can access expert learning content whenever they want. Over 50% of our managers regularly attend our leadership development sessions, so they can keep growing their leadership skills. And because we know the importance of great leaders, we offer all our senior leaders regular one on one coaching, so they can keep getting better at what they do. We believe in helping our people grow while they’re with us, and will continue to do more to make this true for every Xplorer.
