Flexible PTO, Opportunity to move within org

Cons

Employees are given the work of 3 people and given no support from upper management. The work or results you achieve don't matter, it's all about who you know and how willing you are to "play the game". When managers mess up it's entirely blamed on the subordinates. Management is incompetent and employees need to cover their shortcomings or the lack of work gets blamed on them.

Working from home with no mandatory office days.

Cons

Product team is too overwhelmed, we sometimes have to do product work ourselves. Back to back feature work that we have less time to fix technical debt.
