Pros

There is significant focus on employee morale, diversity, and progression of employees. There have been multiple efforts over time to ensure total employee compensation is market based and that has shown in the results as employees are fairly paid. This is critical to overall success.

Cons

The merger with TSG was stressful and created ambiguity throughout the organization. 2021 and 2022 were times of significant change and confusion. This created employee dissatisfaction. This has been getting better and 2023 is off to a much better start.

No weekend working Overtime available One of the team leaders was lovely (Chris)

Cons

Horribly managed, you were treat awfully by both the customers on the phone and managers. After handing in my notice it felt like there was a target on my back - got screamed at when I handed back my equipment. Had multiple panic attacks due to the nature of some of the calls (the role was completely missold) and team leaders had little to no compassion. We were working at well over a months backlog, resulting in annoyed customers and multiple complaints. Issues with tax after leaving resulting in ongoing disputes, I’m also aware of instances where they withheld peoples final pay after leaving.
