The company is growing fast which means if you come in and work hard you will have opportunities to move up.

Cons

Goals are not realistic. There aren't a lot of helpful resources to help you get there either.

Low Pay Bad Management

- They take about anyone because of high turnover - Good place for a junior to get thrown into bigger projects

Cons

- Pay is below average - Management will promise you the world and never deliver - Everything is always rushed you never have anytime very tight deadlines because sales promises stuff without asking if it can be done from development
