Horribly managed, you were treat awfully by both the customers on the phone and managers. After handing in my notice it felt like there was a target on my back - got screamed at when I handed back my equipment. Had multiple panic attacks due to the nature of some of the calls (the role was completely missold) and team leaders had little to no compassion. We were working at well over a months backlog, resulting in annoyed customers and multiple complaints. Issues with tax after leaving resulting in ongoing disputes, I’m also aware of instances where they withheld peoples final pay after leaving.

- Not a single pros. - Ironically, the only aspect I found amusing was referring my difficult acquaintances here and later seeing them share my frustration with the environment.

Cons

- The work environment in the Pune teams is highly toxic and excessively director-centric. - The overall culture and team alignment are poor, with most decisions revolving around a particular (lady) manager favored by the Director. - There is absolutely no sense of job security, as many employees have left before completing their notice periods. - Communication from leadership, especially the Director, is severely lacking, often leaving individuals and teams uninformed about important updates. - Sudden and unexplained team changes are common, adding to the uncertainty and dissatisfaction. The management and overall work culture can only be described as deeply unprofessional and discouraging.
