      - Career advancement opportunities, countless examples of staff being promoted from within (Senior Dev to Tech Lead, SDR to AE, Support to Product Manager, Intern to Full time roles_ - Open office. No closed offices, no layers of management. You get the job done without meetings, hierarchy, rules. - Every customer we win & retain, we have an impact on education (the vision). - Live by the values, and people are actively called out for not living the values.

      Cons

      - If you aren't prepared to work hard on delivering outcomes (not inputs), then you are going to struggle. There is pressure to deliver. - Sometimes we move too fast and the communication / operations can't keep up, causing frustration.

      Toxic environment with high stress

      Pros

      You get to leave at the end of your shift!!! Only if the customer thats just discovered you've taken their last penny for an admin fee is done shouting at you in time! How lucky

      Cons

      Vile place, awful horrendous job and its employees aren't any better. Firstly, your job is to tell irate customers that the absurd fees charged to them are legit and they'll have to suck it up. In a nutshell. You'll hear people shout and cry guaranteed. Back to back calls all night long too, and with those lovely call center metrics you'll be questioned if you take a toilet break thats too long. But you may get a slice of pizza every few weeks if you're lucky! Several employees are (i use this word in complete confidence) bullies. You will be made to feel stupid, name called, made to feel uncomfortable, laughed at, talked about behind your back, I could keep going if I wanted to, but my point has been made

      Working for Xplor India is the worst mistake of my life

      Pros

      If you work hard, you get more work and work pressure, if don't work at all but just be engaged in politics, you get salary hikes, visibility and other perks. You get paid higher salaries for doing no work but just politics and interfering in other peoples work, specially if you're designation is Director, of Product.

      Cons

      Mandatory 4 Days work from office in the name of "TEAM COLLABORATION", while the office infrastructure does not have enough room to seat. Work culture is toxic, focused just on favoritism, biasness, politics and complaining and is highly discouraging for employees who prioritize delivery and results. Company already lacked Product vision, recent M&A just made things worst.

We'd genuinely encourage you to raise specific concerns with your local People team or through our anonymous reporting channels. Not to redirect blame, but because specific details are what allow us to investigate properly and take action. We also hear you on office infrastructure. If we're asking people to come together in person, the environment needs to properly support that – that's a fair point.
