      I really love working for Xplor, super flexible work arrangements, supportive management, strong company vision ( constant growth) and a great, diverse team of individuals

      Pros

      Really good place to work, lots to do whilst being empowered to make decisions and supported even if they don't work out. Exceptional focus on values and wanting to build a place that is enjoyable and fair. Love being here and love the people you get to work with.

      Cons

      Fast paced and you have to be a self starter to succeed here. You won't be babied but you will be supported.
