Pros
The greatest benefit was working alongside some of the greatest human beings on this planet. The culture was diverse but very inclusive. The only thing that helped me remain sane was the wonderful support system we built amongst ourselves. We broke bread together, grieved together, advanced together, and celebrated together. Debitsuccess was more than work. We saw it as our OWN baby. We invesred our strength, heart and mind to make the buisness thrive.
Cons
The Leadership team is so disconencted from the business. Let alone the fundamentals, they had no grasp on the day to day operations. Their egos destroywd what was once a thriving business.
