We get a lot of good feedback from Xplorers about our flexibility, and we definitely think we’ve got some of the best people at Xplor too! We’re disappointed to hear that in other areas you’ve not had a great experience at Xplor. That’s not what we want for any of our Xplorers – we’re really sorry about that. There are a few things you’ve mentioned that concern us and we’d like to look into these more. We’re really open about this with our Xplorers and ask everyone to play their part in helping us get it sorted.
