Over my short career I've been lucky enough to work in some pretty progressive and forward thinking workplaces, none of them compare to Xplor. Xplor gives you and incredible amount of trust and accountability right from the get go, You are measured by outcomes not by hours your allowed to make your own choices about how and where you work. The recent growth has allowed Xplor to gather a huge amount of talent from across the market, there's a genuine great group of people that you can learn from everyday and xplor/TSG is invested in your growth/ learning. The visions and values that mark has placed flow down through every position and everyone that joins echos this and accelerates this.

Xplor is one of those places that you get what you put in. If you want to succeed you can. I have watched people complain about the culture and values, of course you won’t like it if you sit around like a slob all day. There is an incredible focus and belief that we will achieve our vision. The leadership is incredibly supportive and empower you to make decisions and just get it done. If you are not use to this and are looking for a place to do nothing, my advice is not to come here.
