I have never met a founder who is so committed to his team at a personal level. It is refreshing to see that he genuinely cares about your wellbeing and success. It’s also an incredible place to work, great environment, fun and enjoyable.

Cons

If you can embrace ch age and move quickly you will be fine.

People, culture, executive leadership team. Everything is great about how it all gels together. As middle management myself, I have the freedom and trust to get the job done enabling me to nurture my strengths and work on my weaknesses. I love being a part of something as fulfilling as changing education for the better. The CEO and COO are some of the nicest, well grounded yet driven individuals I've ever been involved with

Cons

"Xplor Time". One week feels like 6 months at Xplor. We achieve so much in so little time that the pressure can at times feel overwhelming. But the finished product once a project is complete is incredibly fulfilling and motivating.
