Pros

I learned a lot while working here. I got the opportunity to learn multiple facets of the business and try out different roles and responsibilities. My time with the company gave me a better idea of where I see my career headed in the future and I’m still extremely grateful for my direct supervisor’s advice and guidance.

Cons

The training could be better. I still felt like a fish out of water on my first day.

The people in charge know what they’re doing, and they do it well. Which is honestly more than can be said for a lot of the companies I’ve worked at.

You’ll be asked to work some weekends.

I’m making more here than I have at any other job I’ve ever worked for. For that reason alone, Xpress has got my loyalty from here on out.

Cons

I don’t think I’ve been with the company long enough yet to really notice anything major. So far, it’s similar to other office environments I’ve worked in.
