I am so thankful to have been working for a company like Xpress this past year. I was able to keep my job and go to bed every night without having to worry about whether or not I’d be able to make enough off of unemployment to feed my family and pay my bills.

Cons

Management is always working on improving the company, and they take employee feedback very seriously, so I don’t see the point in bringing up issues that are already being addressed.

Pros

Management is great about taking our wellbeing into consideration. They never demand more than is physically possible, and they’re always checking in to see how we’re doing and how we’re handling the hours. The pay is great and I appreciate the fact that the trucks are always in good working order before I arrive.

Cons

The weather conditions in this area are awful for most of the year. If you aren’t used to driving in snow and rain and sleet, this probably isn’t a good fit for you.
