Pros

Good starting pay and free lunch on Friday for office workers.

Cons

Management is a joke. Zero appreciation for the employees, incapable of sticking with a thought or plan, unethical, and only focused on the bottom line. Every employee is overworked and could be replaced at any moment if management decides to divert blame for their poor decision making. This is the most miserable environment I have ever witnessed.

50 plus hours a week on a 4 on 2 off

Cons

Equipment is terrible, No preventative maintenance in place, Drivers pushed to do 14 plus hours, Then they tell you to use your 16 hour or 13 hour weather exception even when they know before dispatch you can’t make it in 14 hours

Nothing good to say about this company at all. You will regret ever working for them. Only thing good is free food once in awhile

Cons

Management doesn’t care about there employees. Turnover is the horrible and your just a number. Benefits are horrible. This company will continue to be this way until upper management changes. You can’t treat employees horrible and expect them to stay
