Pros

Good products and many opportunities.

Cons

This company only cares about the revenue they bring in and appeasing the shareholders. They do not care about their workers in the slightest and have gotten rid of as many people possible to save money while the ones left are doing the work of two to three people. Any new positions made are for middle management, and no one at that level serves much of a purpose. They do exactly what the big-wigs tell them and don't stand up for their direct reports what so ever. Also the pay is almost embarrassingly low.

It's like the little stepping stone in the river if a career. It can be used to bounce to the bigger stone. >There are some great people there.

Cons

It's a slippery and small stone. You might not want to stay there too long. The water could rise. >There are some not so great people there.

Shady business practices Management is horrible - corporate talks about how strict they are on their policies, but then local management doesn't abide by it. Been bullied for over two years by a manager and that manager is also a major thief, but nothing has happened. Manager still has his job with no consequences.
