      Sites OK, corporate out of touch

      Pros

      Benefits and mission were good. People at the site were interested in success.

      Cons

      Corporate management had at times either no strategy or a strategy that was out of touch. Did not have much interest in taking input from sites who knew the customer and needs.

      Was a great place when in was ITT

      The people that have been there over 5 years, when it was ITT;

      Cons

      Benefits dwindled away since the split in 2011; pension was frozen, all of the policies were changed in order to benefit the upper management that have been there less than 5 years. Everyone works from home, on mondays & fridays from 10 -3pm..

      Some fellow employees are nice. The company tries to make it look like they care about their employees

      Very clicky. If you don't fit in you won't get any help if you have questions. Very high turnover rate, low wages
