      Close to home, full time steady work, long term employment.

      Cons

      Its been a year since Xylem purchased Sensus and they still don't know who is on first. I am disappointed that no real change has come. Everything is the same as it was.

      - Great technologies to work with. - A lot of great, smart people. - Good work/life balance. - Good Benefits.

      Cons

      - Management is confusing. - So many people are doing different things but saying they are doing the same. - It seems no one really knows what is going on most of the time. - Management has become a "buzz word" community. No one would know what Sensus does if they were told by management (too many buzz words and no mention of the product. "we solve things"?!).

      The culture of this company is very cooperative and team oriented, the job had good salary and benefits and i overall enjoyed my time there

      There is frequent restructuring and RIF'ing whenever business slows down, and a lack of communication and organization can become very frustrating,
