      - Good benefits - Co-workers made it a great environment to work in

      Cons

      - No growth potential - Outside hire managers are absolutely clueless about the business and products. It is scary hearing what they promise customers - Company is a sinking ship. Technology of product is currently at least 5 years behind the competition. - Large turnover rate

      Pros

      Great rep/outside sales network that carry the organization. There are some people that still care in carrying on the brand names that existed before Xylem. Good friends who will remain so even after Xylem.

      Cons

      A lot of grim attitudes throughout the facility. Not a lot of passion to do more than what's needed to get by. Some clueless portfolio management. Does it really take 2 years to select a supplier that you've already been doing business with for nearly 10 years?
