Slow work, so you'll either have to find your own work to do or just sit there, which can be a pro or a con. Good benefits, mostly flexible.

Cons

everyone in the business (including customers) just moves slow, without a care about efficiency. Travel is annoying but that's a personal complaint

Culture has decreased tremendously with the latest CEO. They say DE&I is important but it is smoke and mirrors. I bet they are positioning to be bought.
