      Pros

      Volunteer opportunities, decent benefits, unlimited PTO but not encouraged to use time

      Cons

      Passive aggressive coworkers (especially those who are long time employees), complicated processes for simple tasks, outdated ERP system, poor training, manager nor team made much effort to get to know each other - made for a lonely experience, no accountability

      Rewarding work with a company that focuses on "green" initiatives, good opportunities for vertical growth, friendly and cooperative staff that likes to help get the job done

      Cons

      Many positions are overworked and under/not paid with little regard for burnout, lots of people quitting in recent months due to burnout and lack of empathy from upper management, and VPs will NOT backfill a position for several months or years if they can

      Very diverse employee base which was nice to see.

      Cons

      Mid-level management violates the policies, and employee rights and HR has high turn over so no one is watching the mid level leadership.
