      They allow you to work to your full potential. There is enough room to work on or discover your strengths .

      Cons

      At times the work / life balance can get a little skewed. While the benefits are decent, the insurance could be a little better.

      Great culture, inspiring mission and products. Xylem has 100+ years old brands, but also the spirit of a four year old company. Global reach, very local feel to what we do everyday.

      Cons

      Like many public companies, we often get very focused on the quarter or annual commitments to investors. While this is essential, it sometimes clouds our longer term perspective
