      Way too many management positions

      Work schedule was nice doing 2 pm to 11:30 pm

      Cons

      There are way too many managers everywhere and they make up annoying and grueling tasks to seem worthy of their paycheck. Lots of favoritism and backstabbing. Management sees everyone else and disposable pawns.

      Too many competing initiatives, not aligned within bloated corporate level. (How many directors are there?) Corporate initiatives and standards disconnected from front line reality (lack of flexibility). Management bogged down in reporting, metrics, meetings, and templates.
