      Pros

      Technology is great but, limited to mostly low-tech applications.

      Cons

      Company is too big for it's own good, nobody knows who does what and where. Very disconnected within departments as well

      team work at local levels only . Salary and benefits are ok. The place is close to my house so i dont have a long ride.

      Excellent rep sales organization. Good product portfolio and brand recognition. Global opportunity for growth.

      Cons

      Rep sales organization has a stronger influence on the company than the management team. Lack of accountability in the work culture. Poor global vision. Management does not seem to have a good grip on how things get done and how the organization should be structured to do work.
