Beware of this company, looks good but some managers are very hostile if you complain

Pros

If you have the right manager it looks like it can be a good experience.

Cons

Some managers are so bad and some are micromanagers. Its a bad experience if you fall into that situation. All the glitter falls away and there seems to be no place to hide.

Pros

Good benifits if they allow you to use them. Good 401K but no matching from the company, used to have ESPP.

Cons

Current management makes it difficult to perform when they lock them selves away and only come out when it is absoluly necessarry. Management by intimidation.

Pros

IF current projects fly, the growth potential is tremendous. The people are by and large incredible despite the tension that exists.

Cons

The split between "Divisions" the engineering resources could be shared between divisions and the lack of "teaming" of talent; create a rift and a rumor mill that is harmful to the health of the company as a whole.
