      Pros

      My co-workers are awesome. There is a large concentration of really nice people in this company. Benefits are great! Fun atmosphere. They really care about our members. Work from home opportunities are terrific.

      Pros

      Good work atmosphere. Great team members to work with. A company that is looking out for their employees and our members, always improving for employees and members. “Turns out it’s not where but who you’re with that really matters.”

      Cons

      Member service related job can be stressful at times, however when you overcome or solve an issue, it can be rewarding.

      Vacation, clean, great work-life balance. Raezean in HR is the most amazing person there!

      Cons

      KEEPING IT REAL; Company culture starts from the top. Y12 Federal Credit Union lacks diversity, has unprofessional management, toxic environment, low pay, no training, huge turnover. Not a progressive company. Worse experience in the history of my professional career.
