      Great Benefits, great PTO, good holiday schedule

      Cons

      Not enough pay for what’s expected of member-facing employees. Upper Management and Executive turnover, which leaves the “little” guys in the lurch. One hand doesn’t know what the other hand is doing. Training is lacking.

      The benefits and pay are excellent at this credit union compared to the other credit unions I have worked for. The people are also a huge plus.

      Great Benefits and very nice management, work from home opportunities. Family oriented company. Came in as a temporary employee was treated very well by everyone

      Cons

      Came in as a temporary employee and had to wait till my contract is up to apply and have to apply as external candidate. They scrutinize your credit for employment regardless of your work history or criminal history being clean.
