Easy Interview Process. GC Processing.

Cons

Promises Good Salary but its based on Project. You can be fired any time (or not paid) if you're on bench. 4-week pay cycle is rare in US based companies. Unprofessional HR and no single point of contact. Do not join this company even if they give good hike as they will never fulfill their promise and won't give any justification.
