Pros

It is a company with a conscience and a heart. Financially very sound. No other company gives 100% variable pay EVERY TIME ON TIME. What more can one ask for.

Cons

Faster decision making. Better usage of tools like Knowledge Management, better investment in long term retention measures such as employee training and development. Better usage of management tools within Better deployment of intranet portals
