      - Great place for career development and upward or lateral growth depending on your skills and/or desires. - Work with a like-minded group of skilled and competent colleagues in the digital marketing space. - Interesting portfolio of companies and brands so that no day two days are the same.

      - Fast moving and competing deadlines due to the nature of the industry. Strong communication and time management skills are needed.

      Nepotism and Inappropriate Termination

      It’s located in Orange County. And a close freeway exit. That’s it.

      Cons

      The favoring of family members is incredible. The promotion and treatment of family above other employees is stark and hard to swallow. Termination approach to employees is completely irregular. Attempts to terminate employees just 2-3 weeks after a stellar performance review has happened. Then the company tried to fight the unemployment claim indicating under performing quality standards. They eventually lost when the recent performance review was shown the the state. Stay away from this company.
