Many opportunities to learn and further develop your skill sets, and build a successful career at. They reward you for your hard work, and there is opportunity for growth since they promote from within the company. It isn't intimidating to reach out to the directors, senior management, or the owners, and there is so much support from them all. They truly care about their employees and are completely committed to developing its employees.

Office culture is very friendly and collaborative. Everyone knows your name and seems to care about each other. There is room for growth, especially in the Media Management department and I feel like I'm able to have a life outside of work, which is nice. Management has open communication and wants what's best for the company and employees. The company has strong values and takes the time to train employees. They set you up for success.
