      Pros

      The new hires and some union folk have common sense and are very pleasant to work with.

      Cons

      This list is endless. I personally have been asked to commit a felony. Another is to look the other way on customer related billing issues that favor yrc. Upper management runs disinformation campaigns to squeeze blood from solid contracts.. I've been salary 2 years and already 3rd from the top in local seniority. The terminal operational crew is inept due to always being a new hire, drug addict or extremely disgruntled to the point of sabatoge or Stockholm syndrome.

      Pros

      Not many pros. You get paid and if u love people, you get great interactions with your drivers for the most part.

      Cons

      Pay is not comparable to amount of work that is required of you. Marietta location management sucks, turnover is high, employees are not valued, hours are long, rotation between day and night for 3 month periods.
