Company is near bankruptcy has been that way for years. Same as a pro no one cares including Management. And as far as pay goes under the new contract the new hire drivers are to be paid $17 an hour plus if you've never been in a union before you have to pay an 1100 dollar initiation fee plus another fifty six dollars a month. They've dropped their minimum qualification down to no experience just have a class a license.
