      A very unstable place to work, very long hours and you are treated like dirt. They force overtime on you everyday.

      Pros

      The pay used to be top dollar, now they take 15% of your total paycheck. Health ins is free.

      Cons

      There is no advancement here and the retirement fund is not guaranteed. This company is going broke and the moral of the employees is broken. The union takes their dues out but do nothing to help improve your working conditions. The equipment all the way from the forklifts to the tractor trailers are outdated and broken. They do not want to buy new equipment. The tractors break down very often. They put you up in dirty motels. I had enough. Apply at your own risk.

      Pros

      Many people in management and on the Union side, put their heart into doing their job.

      Cons

      Many front line supervisors lack a sense of urgency and courtesy. When you get to the management, it all depends who your friends are to advance; never mind your ability.
