      Money, benefits free and good, union very hard to loose job

      Cons

      Seniority could be a good thing or bad thing: good if you have it and tough if u don't but once u get seniority and a bid this is a career not a iob

      Pros

      Can't beat the pay for level of experience/education anywhere. Great benefits at a fair price. Some employees are very hardworking and knowledgeable.

      Cons

      Lack of communication between supervisors and mid management. Lack of SOPs, so there's a varied workflow between supervisors. Favoritism is present between upper management and few supervisors.

      Company is big on spending money on your customers, daily lunches, entertainments as much as you need

      Cons

      Environment is constantly changing, union driven, no accountability on operations, tough to sell when you are on the defense
