Pros
Based on my work here, I learned to do plenty of research on a company before accepting a job. I also learned how not to manage people and treat employees if you want them to do good work.
Cons
The company is in the negative in terms of income, and this definitely reflects in the corporate culture. Every employee is seen as more of a number instead of a person. When I went to leave, they attempted to guilt-trip me into staying, and when that didn't work, they resorted to passive aggressive hostility.
