      A lot of good people to work with.

      Cons

      Hardwork, can be long hours. Divided group between union and non-union and among YRC and Roadway can be seen. Union member with seniority that have a grudge with the company after the merging cause problems. I knew numbers of good workers that left because senior teamsters taking advantage of the systems and left the problem for the new members.

      Money and benefits (THAT'S SERIOUSLY ALL). RUN RUN RUN. I have to have at least 20 words...

      Cons

      Upper management was completely horrible. You will not receive training. You'll be throw into the fire immediately and expected to survive. Everyone hates one another and the tension at the place is thick enough to cut.
