      Pros

      Decent pay, but for the hours put in and the workload the pay could be higher. You make it home everynight.

      Cons

      Everyone is all about themselves and the company just wants to make sure their quota is met. Although you make it home everynight, its late when you get home and early when you come back in to work. So the pay is decent but for the hours put in, it doesnt add up!

      YRC was a laid back, low pressure workplace.

      New Penn treated their workers like cattle, and the dock was pure filth.
