      Pay is ok, lots of different people to meet, experience in a large DC environment

      Cons

      Schedule, work/life balance nonexistent at manager level, very high turnover due to how employees are treated, benefits package gone downhill past 5 years, work environment, vacation very hard to get approved even with 3-4 months notice. No training

      Pros

      Fair wages for management... Allows you to run your own section of the dock without being heckled... Very fast paced environment

      Cons

      Worst company EVER!!!! Bad morale!!! Poor training!!! No work life balance!!!! Equipment is terrible!!! Not a team based environment!!! Dock workers only care about there numbers not company policy...
