      Wish I had started elsewhere 15 years ago.

      Pros

      excellent health insurance, hourly pay, work rules for union employees. smaller company than it used to be wih newer equipment. using newer tractors and trailers

      Cons

      used to be a great company now the whole system is broken. Poor management top down, no focus on customer, no retirement plan and lost wages of 15 percent. It was never an easy job but it paid more 10 years ago than it does today. I would not even consider applying to work at this company if I started over because the pension is not there and there is no contribution for your individual retirement. I dont feel it is a positive work environment.

      The company with no future. If you have a desire to work there work it's because no one else will hire you.

      Pros

      They don't monitor you while you're on the clock. They don't require you to work. You can abuse company time as much as you want in the form of overtime. And no one cares from Management to union members.

      Cons

      Company is near bankruptcy has been that way for years. Same as a pro no one cares including Management. The only employees they did not leave after they destroyed what good benefits they offered are the worst of the worst bordering on unemployable. And as far as pay goes under the new contract the new hire drivers are to be paid $17 an hour plus if you've never been in a union before you have to pay an 1100 dollar initiation fee plus another fifty six dollars a month. They've dropped their minimum qualification down to no experience just have a class a license.

      Pros

      Not bad salary, performance reviews from time to time, flexible start and end work hours, lunch time, fast hiring process

      Cons

      Too much work hours and management, no WFH, dresscode (no jeans except Fridays), lack of personal freedom, poor business processes
