      Former management would look at production, not micro manage the process.

      Cons

      Union has greatly impacted their abillity to compete in the marketplace.

      Pros

      Good Pay and benefits with union representation, overall a good place to work. Equipment isnt bad but its getting old and needs to be replaced.

      Cons

      Had to take a 15% paycut and lost a weeks vacation. Management has changed a lot over the last two years. They learn the job and start performing well and then someone new comes in with new ideas, its crazy sometimes.

      Pros

      Working hard in tough econmy to keep jobs for everyone. As of 2012 building momentum. Thankful! There are alot of Teamsters glad that they are trying so hard.

      Cons

      Had to make hard cuts to men and pay to keep going it looks like its working so far. Failure to look at how those cuts may hurt locally.
