the economy is brutal, so overall not a good time to be in this industry.

Cons

little guidance, ever-changing commission structure, no help from corporate when problems arise, billing system is terrible

Pros

National Company with decent pay and benefits. Company was good until Yellow bought it out and then ran everyone into debt.

Cons

Was a good company until Yellow bought them out and messed up by purchasing USF. Unbelivable that Bill Zollers is still there after they had to take a 800 million dollar write down as a result of their poor decision to purchase USF. Now they are in trouble and they still have the guys who ran the company into the ground and they are still around. How sad.
