      Sexual harassment is tolerated here

      Pros

      Pay is decent. Not difficult work.

      Cons

      Boss allows sexual harassment. If you are anything but a right wing straight white male, do not work here. Inappropriate touching happens and you are still expected to work with the offender. And the offender can torment you and that’s ok too.

      Job security because turnover is so high.

      Cons

      Short staffed all the time. Expected to work more than 50 hrs a week for your salary with no overtime pay. Upper and mid-level management are inept and make decisions based on their best interests, not the health of the company.

      Abusive Manager and Poor Management

      Pros

      Easy interview, A lot of paid time off days, Work from home during pandemic.

      Cons

      Abusive rude manager. Poor management. Forced to work overtime and on weekends to compensate for lack of workers/ increased workload. Poor benefits. The company went through a major change including name-change, president change, people “retiring” left and right, and then being brought back to help meet deadlines, ect... The management is just terrible and it falls on the workers to pick up the slack. No work life balance whatsoever.
