      Pros

      Can get to work relatively fast, from application to start.

      Cons

      They do not keep maintenance of trailers, they drag their feet on workers comp claims, do not fully pay into pension so that upper management can keep their bonuses, They claim union rates but basically pay the lowest wages in the LTL industry.

      Disorganized upper management, no support from management, no balance, house on fire management sales mentality, unethical policies on refusing to pay commissions after you've left, sour culture....
