Honestly can't really think of one positive thing to put in this spot. Good place to get stuck at because there's little room for advancement
Cons
No Raises!!!! With that said the level of care employees put forth is minimal at best. Insurance keeps getting higher and higher every year. Really hard to raise a family without getting raises because you're a non Union employee.
